Competency Based Training Catalog

There are a multitude of ways in which professionals can deepen their knowledge of the various competency areas within the Competency Guidelines for Endorsement for Culturally Sensitive, Relationship-Focused Practice Promoting Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health® (Endorsement). As such, this is not meant to be an exhaustive list but rather a starting point for early childhood providers across disciplines to explore opportunities to grow new knowledge, deepen current understanding, or bolster an Endorsement application.

Given the many transitions made during the pandemic, the majority of these agencies currently offer live virtual options and may also maintain an extensive library of previously recorded offerings that can be viewed on demand. In order to give folks a sense of the types of training offered by each agency several certification, series and/or training titles listed.

NCIMHA staff reviews this catalog on a quarterly basis, but new training opportunities and content are consistently being added. As such, sample titles may not serve as a full list of currently available options. For the most up to date information about content and availability, visit the websites themselves to explore.
